Inspiration

I create figurative sculptures depicting contemporary everyday scenes, aiming to reflect my inner world—expressing moods, desires, feelings, and emotions rooted in my relationship with the world. Through my work, I explore how fine art sculpture can integrate into daily life, connecting us to art that inspires and invites contemplation about life and relationships.

Using contemporary bronze and iron, I have developed my own style and iconography. My work includes symbolic elements like maps, globes, staircases, and books to point beyond the surface of reality. The details in my figures present situations that invite a deeper reading, allowing me to convey abstract concepts, feelings, and sensations from my inner world as if they were candy for the soul.

Each piece has a touch of mystery, showing that reality serves a story, a dream, or an illusion. I approach this subtly, focusing on everyday moments that reveal the beauty and mystery of life’s journey: women at life’s crossroads, men enjoying simple pleasures, moments of pause… Behind these precise depictions lies a story open to each viewer’s interpretation.

My sculptures are small and invite close observation. I am a storyteller, showing different perspectives of the world, allowing each person to interpret the work uniquely and find personal meaning. I provide a pathway for viewers to connect with the story, but each brings their own perspective.
