Planning an exhibition of women artists in the month of March has a special significance because it coincides with the celebration of International Women’s Day on 8 March. This month becomes an opportunity to make visible and recognise the work of women artists by highlighting their perspectives, trajectories and contributions to art.

It is a good time when society is more receptive to reflect on issues of equality and women’s rights, which provides an ideal framework to generate a cultural and social impact. Exhibiting works by women artists helps new generations of women to see possibilities in art and find role models.

Description

Planning an exhibition of women artists in the month of March has a special significance because it coincides with the celebration of International Women's Day on 8 March. This month becomes an opportunity to make visible and recognise the work of women artists by highlighting their perspectives, trajectories and contributions to art.

It is a good time when society is more receptive to reflect on issues of equality and women's rights, which provides an ideal framework to generate a cultural and social impact. Exhibiting works by women artists helps new generations of women to see possibilities in art and find role models.

Mirant endins invites us to reflect on introspection, self-connection and the ways in which women artists explore their inner world, their emotions, and their relationship with their environment. This inward looking transforms their interiority into visual narratives. Through different artistic languages-painting, sculpture, photography and textiles-each work reveals fragments of an inner dialogue that transcends the private and resonates with the collective.

In the framework of International Women's Day, this exhibition not only celebrates the talent and creativity of women artists, but also invites the viewer to look inward, to reflect on their own inner spaces and to recognise the importance of the worlds we inhabit within ourselves.
