Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona in the specialty of painting. He has also trained in photography, sculpture and engraving.

The artist began exhibiting in art spaces in the regions of Girona, such as the local spaces of Caldes de Malavella and Cassà de la Selva. And also at the Nostrart Gallery, the Tomàs de Lorenzana House of Culture and the Valvi Foundation, in the city of Girona.

The artist Lídia Masllorens was awarded the Vila Casas Foundation Painting Prize in 2013. That opened the doors to professionalization with the representation of his work at the Miquel Alzueta gallery.

EXHIBITIONS:
2016 - Exhibited for the first time in Paris (at the Arcturus gallery) and also made his solo debut at the LA Art Show in Los Angeles.

2017- He held a solo exhibition in Denmark - at Galerie Wolfsen-.

2018 - He exhibited at the Miquel Alzueta gallery in Barcelona, at the Arcturus gallery in Paris and also twice in Japan. Individually, in the gallery, in Takamiya - Hikone; and collectively, at the Caso-Contemporary Art Center in Osaka.

 

2019 - He has exhibited solo in Antwerp, at the Leonhard gallery and in Barcelona, at the Vila Casas Foundation.

His paintings have also been exhibited at numerous art fairs in Europe (Art Madrid, Art Paris, Antica Namur, Brussels Fine Art, Kunst Rai Amsterdam, Scope Basel...) and in the United States (Art Miami, LA Art Show, SOFA Chicago, Art On Paper New York, Art Hamptons New York, Art on paper New York ...)

Currently, Lídia Masllorens persists in her research to portray headshots in her workshop in Cassà de la Selva, near Girona, in Catalonia.

Lídia Masllorens

Lídia Masllorens has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona in the specialty of painting. He has also trained in photography, sculpture and engraving.
